The Tennessee Mountain Biking Alliance continues to expand with the affiliation of Trails for Kids.

Trails or Kids was formed in February 2007 in Fayetteville, by Richard Freeman, with the goal of constructing trails on public property in and around the Fayetteville -area.  The organization has already constructed three miles of trail at the Don Davidson Lions Park/ Lions Club softball complex.

Their 2010 goal is to construct the Elk River Trail, next to the Don Davidson Park, on city property.  The Elk River trail will consist of an additional three mile loop, which will include a one mile section along the Elk River.
